Biography
Andrew was a policeman with the Metropolitan Police for 30 years, working in a number
of departments within New Scotland Yard and the Home Office. The last ten years were
spent at the Police Staff College at Bramshill in Hampshire lecturing to senior police
and law-enforcement officers from around the world on a range of computer related
subjects. Since leaving Bramshill, Andrew has worked throughout Europe, South Africa,
North America and the Far East as an IT consultant for a wide range of major companies
and industry sectors.
During the 1970’s he wrote (and had published) numerous articles
in British field sports magazines on fly-fishing and fly dressing. During the 1980’s
he was the Editor and regular contributor to the ‘Flydresser’, a quarterly journal
of the Fly Dresser’s Guild. (ISSN 0951-0419). During his time with the Home Office,
he was commissioned to write three books on mainframe computing, all of which were
subsequently published:

In 2008, Andrew had his first novel “Killer Email” published by Pegasus Elliot MacKenzie. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving and piloting light aircraft. He is a licensed Radio Amateur and also a Freeman of the City of London.
Andrew is currently researching and writing the third novel in his series of books.
